Pricing & Terms

At our business, we provide high-quality electrical services at an hourly rate of £40 per hour. For jobs that take an hour or less, an additional call-out charge of £30 will be applied (VAT not applicable).

Quotations
We do not offer fixed-price quotes. Instead, we work on a time-and-materials basis, and an estimate can be provided to give a rough idea of costs.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
We don’t offer fixed prices for condition reports due to factors such as the property's age, size, condition and occupancy. Typically, EICRs for domestic or small commercial properties take no more than a day (around 8 hours).

Typical costs for EICRs:

• 1 Bed flat: £160

• 3 Bed house: £280

• 5 Bed house: £320

Terms of Payment
For standard jobs, payment is expected within 7 days of receiving the invoice. For larger projects, we may require stage payments, which will be agreed upon before work commences.
